Look for Feedback in the top navigation. It opens a quick form that goes straight to the team — no inbox, no waiting on a ticket queue. It's the best way to flag a bug or float an idea while it's fresh.

How big a file can I upload?

Up to 2 GB per file. Photos, 4K video, audio, PDFs, documents and zip archives are all fair game — one drop, one link.

Can I keep a file private or behind a password?

Yes. Every upload can be public, private, password-protected or anonymous, and you can change a link's visibility at any time without re-uploading.

Is PixelCore free?

Yes — PixelCore is free to use. Because it is self-hosted there are no per-seat fees and no surprise egress bills.

I deleted something by mistake — can I get it back?

Deleted files move to Trash and stay there for 30 days, so you have a window to restore them before they are permanently removed.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

Use the Feedback button in the top navigation, or email us. Both reach the team directly — the more detail, the better.
